For the 2% of people who absolutely love the taste of spinach this may not be for you.. For the rest of us, these are my best ways to hide the solid taste of spinach by itself! Yay for other yummy foods that help
1: Blueberry + spinach smoothie
Sounds gross, right? I guarantee unless your an extreme baby you wont even taste this! Add your favorite fruits, my choice is frozen blueberries and a banana with a handful of spinach and my favorite protein powder = YUM.
2: Sautéed spinach
This seems obvious, but your spinach is still in the fridge and I think you need to do something about it. This makes eating it look like much less once its cooked
3: Feta + spinach omlette
To offset the spinach taste I like to have a strong cheese in my omelets. Either feta, gouda or cheddar does the job!
4: Spinach Pesto
MY FAVORITE. Get yourself some pasta or veggie pasta, pesto, fresh basil, and then chop up some spinach and mix in, you cant even tell its there! Come on, everything is already green, you wouldn’t notice unless someone told you.
